Public Asked To Help Identify Suspects In New Bedford Break-In

New Bedford Police

New Bedford Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two men believed to be connected to a housebreak Friday.

Detective Captain Steve Vicente says the June 27 housebreak took place during the daytime hours in the area of Matthew and Stackhouse Streets.

Entry may have been gained through a window when nobody was home at the time. Cash was taken during the break-in.

Detectives have obtained a photograph showing two white males police believe are responsible for the break-in. If you recognize either man in the photograph, you’re asked to call police at 508-991-6300 ext. 137.
