24/7 News Source - Riot police are facing off against protesters in the streets of Baltimore.

The protestors have been seen throwing rocks, bottles and bricks at lines of police who are attempting to secure areas of the city. Police have responded with what appears to be tear gas, pepper spray and occasional arrests.

The protests come on the day of the funeral of Freddie Gray, who died of a spinal injury while in the custody of Baltimore PD.

Nearly three dozen people were arrested over the weekend during protests that turned violent.

Earlier today, police said they're investigating credible threats against law enforcement made by gang members.
