A new ABC News/Washington Post poll shows that President Obama's favorability is at its highest since November 2009.

However, he still trails the favorability levels that Ronald Reagn and Bill Clinton had at the start of their second terms, while topping that of George W. Bush when his second term began. 60 percent of Americans now have a favoriable opinion of Obama, up 10 percentage points since last summer.
