A Gloucester man is among 17 people receiving pardons from President Barack Obama.

Obama issued the pardons yesterday to people in 13 states, largely for minor offenses. James Anthony Bordinaro had been sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment, three years supervised release and a $55,000 fine for conspiracy to restrain, suppress and eliminate competition in violation of the Sherman Act and conspiracy to submit false statements.
