Possible Suspect Arrested in Burnt Remains Case

Police may finally have a suspect in the gruesome murder of 24-year-old Dennis Ray Jackson.

The Haverhill resident's arms, legs and other body parts were set on fire in a barrel on Nov. 13 on the grounds of Bridgewater State Hospital. The next morning, his torso was found in similar fashion in Hyde Park.

Reginald Cummings, 26, of Salisbury has been arrested in California on an outstanding Massachusetts warrant, and authorities are investigating whether or not he was responsible for the brutal murder of Jackson.

Cummings is an aspiring rapper who goes by the stage name RE Cliptz.
