Massachusetts officials continue to examine new school security measures in the aftermath of the Connecticut school shooting.

In Fall River, Mayor Wil Flanagan says the city is stationing police officers at all 16 public schools in the district.   Flanagan says that the money spent on the officers is well worth it.

The move came in response to calls in recent days from parents worried about the safety of their children, but some school administrators say they want more information about the exact roles and responsibilities of the police officers who will be posted at the schools.
