Police Investigating Shots Fired Inside New Bedford Barbershop

NEW BEDFORD – Authorities are investigating shots fired inside a New Bedford barbershop Saturday afternoon.

New Bedford Police on scene at King Cuts, located at 700 Kempton Street in the city’s west end, say that nobody was struck by the gunfire or injured in the incident. The shooting happened just before 2:00 p.m.

Police also say no arrests have been made. It’s unclear how many people are involved in the shooting or whether a suspect has been identified at this time.
