Police Hunt For Storage Depot Robber

New Bedford Police continue to investigate an armed robbery Tuesday at the Storage Depot on Brook Street.

Det. Capt. Steve Vicente tells WBSM News, a man entered the business and inquired about renting a storage unit. Then, he pulled a knife, and robbed the 21 year old clerk who was not hurt. The suspect was last seen running in a westerly direction.

He's described as a light-skinned hispanic male, about 5-9 with a scruffy beard. He was wearing a red, white and blue baseball cap. If you have any information, contact Det. Tyrone Jones at 508 991-6300, ext 134.
