Police and Community Gather in New Bedford’s Ashley Park

A big chance for law enforcement to peacefully co-exist with neighbors. It's the annual National Night Out which brings together communities across the nation to interact with their local police. Officers from several communities will be at New Bedford's event at Ashley Park. Organizer Jerry Pinto says they're on despite the early rain, complete with food and back packs for the kids. The event is getting larger. This year, Target has 3 stores participating and Walgreens is getting involved.
