The Lakeville man accused of striking a snow plow truck driver on Saturday night appeared in Wareham District Court Tuesday. Douglas Haskell of Churchill Road in Lakeville said he was angry at the un identified driver because he alleges that the end of his driveway had been plowed in. The two exchanged words before the driver was hit with a shovel twice. The driver told the court he has had arguments with Haskell in the past. After Haskell's arraingment, he was released on personal recognizance by Judge Therese Wright. Haskell could face up to 10 years in state prison.
