What's the future of the North Dartmouth Library? That's what officials in Dartmouth are trying to figure out.

The current library on Tucker Road has been deemed too small to carry out some of the programs already offered at the Southworth Library. Its also likely to be demolished during "phase two" of the Faunce Corner Road construction project.

Director of Libraries Lynne Antunes sees voters eventually deciding on a new library for North Dartmouth, but there's a lot of work to be done beforehand.

Two meetngs were held Tuesday to gather public input.  Antunes says surveys will also be sent out in the near future.
