Phone Calls from the Dead?

So I am about to start putting together my next book (you can buy my first two in either hard copy or digital format on Amazon) and I'm writing a chapter on people who have received phone calls from loved ones after they have already passed on.

Sometimes it happens immediately after a person dies; sometimes it happens hours or days later. Often, it's a reassurance for the living to know that their loved one is okay. Yet it can also prove to be a harbinger, calling to warn the living of imminent danger.

In today's modern world, it's more verifiable than ever. With Caller ID and cell phones, it's easier than in the past to receive and verify these calls.
