Person Chained Self To Department Of Transitional Assistance

New Bedford Police say a person has been arrested after chaining themself to the Department of Transitional Assistance on West Rodney French Blvd.

A police dispatcher tells WBSM News that the incident was reported to police around 10:43 a.m. Wednesday.

By 11:22 a.m. the dispatcher says the individual had been removed and arrested.
