House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi says Democrats aren't losing confidence in the Affordable Care Act, even if 39 Dems voted with Republicans Friday to reverse part of the law.

That bill would allow insurance companies to renew and sell policies that were canceled for not meeting the healthcare law's standards.

Pelosi told NBC's "Meet The Press" while the rollout has been "terrible," the fundamentals of the policy are strong.

On the same program, Republican New Hampshire Senator Kelly Ayotte argued that Obamacare is doing more harm than good.  She says the law is forcing the cancellation of insurance policies and prompting employers to cut workers' hours.
