Fans in Boston waiting to celebrate the New England Patriots' latest Super Bowl title will have to wait another day.

Mayor Marty Walsh announced Tuesday's scheduled victory parade has been postponed until Wednesday due to winter weather.

The route will take players and coaches from the Prudential Tower to City Hall.

The Patriots captured their fourth Vince Lombardi Trophy by beating the Seattle Seahawks 28-24 in Super Bowl 49 Sunday night in Glendale, Arizona.

It was first Super Bowl victory for New England since the Patriots beat the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 39 in February of 2005.
