Patriots To Honor Local Olympians During Monday Night Football

The 2012 London Olympics are over, and the athletes are heading home. The New England Patriots will honor New England area Olympians during their preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

A few Olympians will be honored during the preseason game at Gillette Stadium on Monday night. The Patriots announced over the weekend that they would honor some local Olympic athletes. So who will they be recognizing?

• Elizabeth Beisel: Silver, Bronze medals in swimming
• Aly Raisman: Member of the 'Fab Five', captain of the United States Gymnastics team, won gold medal
• Tina Charles, Asjha Jones: Members of the US women's basketball team, won gold medals
• Kayla Harrison: first American to win gold in the sport of Judo.
