Despite having a big game on Sunday, the last few minutes of New England's big 59-24 win proved to be disastrous for Rob Gronkowski. With just 3:55 left in the fourth quarter, the Patriots were attempting their final extra point. It would be a play that Rob Gronkowski would rather have sat out. Gronk caught 7 passes, 3 touchdowns, and 137 yards. Instead of celebrating that, he left the field with a  broken forearm.

ESPN reports that the X-Rays at the end of the game showed a broken arm, but this will not end Gronk's season. He is expected to have surgery.
