Patrick: Mass. Prepared For Serious Snowstorm
Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick says state government has prepared for what he calls a "serious and significant snowstorm."
Up to a foot or more of snow is forecast in some areas accompanied by frigid temperatures with wind chills as low as 25-degrees below zero.
State officials warn of travel delays due to the combination of snow and extreme cold.
They also says utility companies have filed "adequate" storm preparation plans. (Metro Nerwork Inc.)
