Late term abortion has been illegal in the United States since Congress passed the  Partial-Birth Abortion Act which was signed into law by President George W. Bush in November of 2003. The constitutionality of the Partial-Birth Abortion Act was upheld by the U.S Supreme Court in 2007. Democrat Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton voted against the Act and defends that vote still today.

The rallying cry for the Pro-Choice movement has long been that abortion should remain available upon demand at any stage of pregnancy and that government and men should have no say as to whether or when a woman aborts an unborn child.  That is insanity.

Supporters of partial-birth abortion, like Mrs. Clinton, say it may be necessary at times to save a mother's life or to end a troubled pregnancy, but a number of reputable doctor's groups, including The Association of American Physicians, The American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Surgeons and the Christian Medical and Dental Society disagree.  They say a partial-birth abortion is never medically necessary to protect a mother's life or fertility and can actually pose a significant risk to the woman's health. They suggest that the sole reason for a partial-birth abortion is simply to terminate the life of an unwanted, unborn child.

Mrs. Clinton, who also believes that a fetus has no constitutional rights, defends her support of partial-birth abortions by saying, "I do not think the United States government should be stepping in."

The procedure supported by Mrs. Clinton is known as intact dilation and extraction.  In some cases chemicals are inserted into the uterus to soften the fetal  bones.  An instrument is then used to extract the fetus from the uterus.  The near term unborn child's head is either crushed during the process or the brain is sucked out after the fetus is removed from the mother.

Take a look at your child tonight while he or she is sleeping and tell me how you could possibly vote for such a monster on election day.
