Parade Caps 99th Feast Of The Blessed Sacrament

Arthur Carvalho, one of thousands of spectators lining Acushnet Avenue Sunday afternoon, enjoying the 99th Feast of the Blessed Sacrament Parade.  The Parade is always a highlight of the final day of the North End Feast.  Joe Lopes is visiting from Milford, Massachusetts.

Despite some threatening weather, organizers say crowds at this year's feast were bigger than ever. enjoying traditional foods, Madieran wine and free entertainment.
