State Senator Mark Montigny says New Bedford is in line to recieve a portion of money set aside in the state budget for an education initiative.

For about $1,000 a day, a family of 5 can hire a "disabled tour guide" who acts like a member of your family and gets you to special entrances while other moms, dads and kids are sweating in long line for hours at Disney World!
