The 31st Otto Graham Football Achievment Award was presented Wednesday night at New Bedford Voc Tech. Master of Ceremonies Jack Peterson Announced the winner.

Mike was the New Bedford High School quarterback this year where he completed 99 passes for 1207 yards and 15 Touchdowns. After receiving the award he had some people to thank.

Mike is the first New Bedford High player to win the award since 2001, when Ryan Walsh won it. Rapoza is planning on studying business in college where his top choices are Bently, Villanova and Holy Cross.
