Two Massachusetts men working on high tension power lines are dead after their bucket truck tipped over while they were in the basket more than 100-feet in the air.

N-Star power company says Joseph Lloyd the third of Fall River, and John Loughran of Quincy, had been contracted for a N-Star project at Cape Cod Aggregates Corporation, near the Bourne Scenic Highway when the incident occurred Saturday afternoon.

The men were working for an N-Star contractor and were working underneath high tension power lines, near utility poles, on sandy barren land.

The Office of Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating.
