Ortiz Indicted By Grand Jury

Bristol County D A Sam Sutter has announced that a Bristol County Grand Jury has indicted Carlos Ortiz in connection with the June 17 murder of Odin Lloyd in North Attleboro. He was indicted on a single count of accessory to murder-after the fact. The Grand Jury indictment means the criminal case against Ortiz will now start anew and move forward in Fall River Superior Court. A Superior Court arraignment date for Ortiz is still being scheduled.
