Glen Thorman, the fire chief for East Jordan, Michigan, said he was blown away when a motion sensor camera snapped a mysterious image that is attracting attention from around the globe.

The photos were not altered in any way. The camera that captured the images is designed to photograph anything in motion or unusual.

The fire chief, his wife, pastor and many of their friends are saying without equivocation that that's a real angel in the photo. On the other hand, a professional photographer wasn't so sure, questioning if it could have been the head and wings of a moth. The fire chief dismissed this hypothesis, saying it was way too cold for it to be a moth in East Jordan...an interesting name for something like this to happen.

For the record, I believe that God created angels before time began, with the Cherubim, Seraphim and Living Creatures. It's that last one we have to be most concerned about, because you never know who that stranger really is!

You can judge for yourself. Is the image that of an angel or not?

Even if it isn't, at least it made us stop and think about something good and pure for a few moments.
