I've tried to stay away from the Stormy Daniels "story" because frankly, the image of Donald Trump having sex is something I'd prefer not to conjure up. And for purposes of full disclosure, I seriously don't care.

I've also stayed away from the story because I thought we decided back in the 90's that the sex life of presidents is between their wives and them. Isn't that what we were told when Bill Clinton was caught in a little dalliance with his intern Monica Lewinski?  If it weren't for the fact that Clinton lied about it under oath nobody would have cared, right? Remember when Jesse Jackson became Clinton's "spiritual adviser" to guide him through the process of repentance?

So, why then was I not shocked when ABC Radio News was still leading with Stormy Daniels' 60 Minutes interview in the 9 a.m. hour this morning? Correct, because it's Donald Trump and not Bill Clinton.

Daniels says her tumble with Trump was a consensual one night stand in 2006 when he was not the president. We still don't know if Daniels is telling the truth, but if she is, isn't it kinda creepy that people even care?

The media has already given more coverage to Stormy Daniels than to Juanita Broderick's accounts of being raped twice by Clinton. Why is that? Wha'ts hilarious about all of this too is how many members of the elite media have been fired in the last year and a half as a result of their own sex scandals.

Well, sex sells, I guess. Especially in the effort to undo the 2016 election.

If Trump cheated on Melania in 2006, shame on him. Hope they work it out. Somehow I suspect Melania will handle all of this with grace and dignity, and not attack the victim as Hillary did time after time.
