Wareham Police arrest a woman in connection with a weapons charge involving a juvenile.

Police Chief Kevin Walsh says 57-year-old Lori Albenese was charged due to her involvement in a recent weapons related to a search warrant execution that took place at her residence on Monday.

The warrant was executed after school resource officers in Bourne and Wareham shared information that was found on social media sites regarding a juvenile.

During the execution of the warrant officers uncovered a loaded 9 mm handgun, a loaded .30 caliber 9' barrel handgun, and two "stun guns.”

The juvenile was later arrested in Plymouth on gun possession charges.

Albenese is being charged with Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm (2 cts.), Possession of Firearms Without an FID Card, Improper Storage of a Firearm (2 cts.), Possession of Stun Gun (2 cts.), Improper Storage of Large Capacity Weapon Near a Minor (2 cts), and Reckless Endangerment of a Child.

She was scheduled to be arraigned in Wareham District Court Thursday afternoon.
