One Fund Scammer Fights Extradition

The New York woman accused of scamming the marathon bombing victim's fund is digging in her heels. Twenty-six-year-old Andrea Gause of Troy is fighting extradition to Massachusetts where she faces larceny charges. Martha Coakley says Gause bilked half-a-million from the One Fund by fraudulently claiming she suffered a traumatic brain injury from the blasts.

Gause is behind bars in New York on a fugitive from justice charge.
