NYC Mayor To Revive Soda Ban

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio wants to bring back the soda ban.  City lawyers are going to the State Supreme Court in June to argue in favor of banning sodas bigger than 16 ounces.

The National Alliance for Hispanic Health and nine other organizations filed briefs yesterday in support of the ban.
