North End residents brainstorm solutions to crime, trash

Residents said at a community forum Tuesday night that crime, trash and dismal-looking storefronts all are holding back North End neighborhoods around Acushnet Avenue. David Price, director of the Comunidad Nuestra Development Corporation in Roxbury, said his community solved similar problems and that he thinks North End residents are ready to tackle their issues.
