North End Homicide Leaves 1 Dead, Another Injured

A man was killed and another person injured in a shooting Friday night on Collette Street in the North End. The incident happened at about 9:20 p.m. District Attorney's Office Spokesman Gregg Miliote said he could not release more information because the scene is still "a very active crime scene." The shooting comes just two nights after another shooting in the area of Locust and Homer streets that injured a 20-year-old man.
