Prosecutors in one of the murder cases against former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez have decided not to fight a defense effort to suppress some evidence.

Hernandez is seeking to keep evidence taken from an apartment he maintained in Franklin, Massachusetts from his upcoming trial.

The former NFL star is accused of killing semipro football player Odin Lloyd near his North Attleborough home.

He's also charged with a 2012 double murder in Boston in a separate case.
