A new Washington Post-ABC poll has some bad news for incumbents as well as for Democrats ahead of this fall's midterm elections.

Americans are not happy with Washington these days, and the survey found that just 22% are inclined to vote for their current representatives, with nearly 70% saying they'[re leaning toward casting their ballot for someone new this fall.

Looking at the Senate races, in the 34 states with Senate elections this fall, 50% of voters favor Republicans and 42% favor Democrats. The GOP needs to win six Democratic seats this fall to take majority control of the Senate. In the House, where everyone is up for re-election, voters are split, with 46% saying they'd support a Democrat and 45% saying they'd back a Republican.

Asked about President Obama's job approval, voters gave him the same marks as January, with 46% approving and 50% disapproving.
