New England Governors Plead for Fisheries Relief

Governors from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine addressed a letter to House and Senate leadership Wednesday. Now it's up to the Secretary of Commerce to decide. Dwindling groundfish populations and reductions in catch limits are pushing commercial fishermen to the economic brink.
