The Governors of four New England States are pleading with the Federal government to come up with a-hundred-million in disaster relief for commercial fishermen and their communities. Governors from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine addressed a letter to House and Senate leadership Wednesday.  Now it's up to the Secretary of Commerce to decide.  Dwindling groundfish populations and reductions in catch limits are pushing commercial fishermen to the economic brink.
