Police Chief David Provencher stated family issues and recent drug use pushed Hernandez too far.

DiGiantomaso says Hernandez got the .380 semi-automatic handgun from a friend’s car in the parking lot of the Southcoast Condominiums.

Hernandez is scheduled to appear in court for a dangerousness hearing on April 5, and is being held without bail in the Bristol County House of Correction.
