New Bedford Police Seek To Identify Vehicle Owner

New Bedford Police are asking for the public's help in finding the owner of a vehicle struck by an off-road vehicle Halloween night.

Police say the vehicle, which appears to be a grey Ford that was possibly parked in the downtown area, was struck by one of the riders involved in the incident that led to multiple arrests.

The owner is not being sought for any wrongdoing, but police say knowing this person's identity would be helpful to investigators.
