New Bedford Police say they're looking for a male suspect in the stabbing of another man Thursday afternoon near the methadone clinic at 34 Gifford Street in the South End.

Det. Lt. John Chaves tells WBSM News, the victim was brought to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment of his injuries. He says police questioned several people, and have the name of a possible suspect.
