New Bedford Needs Federal Disaster Assistance Following Storm

Brother Sam, can you spare a dime? New Bedford and all the South Coast communities spent most of their budgeted snow removal funds on the Blizzard of '13!

Some may have exceeded their budgets already and we're only at half-time in this wintery game! I hope Governor Deval Patrick requests of President Barak Obama a Major Disaster Declaration making us eligible for federal disaster assistance.
