New Bedford Mayor Returns from Weekend Conference

New Bedford Mayor Jon Mitchell returned to the area from a conference of mayors in South Carolina over the weekend. The group met in Charleston to give presentations on projects and design challenges in their cities. The local delegation brought issues facing New Bedford State Pier to mayors and urban planners at the conference.
