The two parties got into an argument, and escalated when Rodriguez stabbed one of the men in the chest and leg. The unidentified victim is being treated at St. Luke’s for non-life threatening injuries. Rodriguez fled the scene but was followed by a witness.

Rodriguez was found lying under a camper on Davis Street with the knife in his possession. He faces multiple charges including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
