New Bedford Man Faces Charges of Breaking and Entering

NEW BEDFORD — A New Bedford man was arrested early Monday after allegedly breaking into a shed in the city's North End.

Police responded to a home in the 60-block of Ohio Street for a report that a person known to the homeowner had broken into a backyard shed.

Officers located a person in the shed and subsequently arrested Ryan J. Brown, 27, of 184 Myrtle Street, New Bedford, on charges of breaking and entering.

The arrest was made at 3:25 a.m. Monday.
