A man accused of breaking into a music store on the Fourth of July has been arrested in New Bedford.

Police say 18-year-old Raul Cruz-Martinez of Nye Street was taken into custody just after 9:30 Friday night, after the owner of the International Guatemala Musica store saw the suspect ride by his Acushnet Avenue business on his bicycle. The owner apparently recognized Cruz-Martinez from surveillance video from the Independence Day break-in.

Cruz-Martinez is being arraigned in New Bedford District Court. He's charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny in a building.
