2013 New Bedford Idol Talent Competition Winner Crowned

Jayliana Brito won the Greater New Bedford "Teen Idol" competition Sunday at the Zeiterion Theater. The 12 year old won with a rendition of Bruno Mars' "When I Was Your Man" and the Isley Brothers' "For the Love of You."

The first runner up was 15 year old Megan Sylvia and the second runner-up was 14 year old Sabria Neves.  The 12 year-old singing sensation even has her own Facebook fan page, that you can 'like' and follow her on her New Bedfrod Idol journey.
