New Bedford Harbor Oil Spill

There was an oil spill reported this morning around 8 am near Pier 3 in New Bedford's inner harbor.

The cause has not been determined but Coast Guard Marine Safety officials along with the New Bedford Fire Department and the Environmental Police are on the scene and have placed a boom around the spill to prevent it from spreading.
