The Mayor expects schools will be open on Wednesday but he’ll make that announcement later Tuesday. All city buildings are reopening Tuesday, including City Hall, libraries and senior centers. The parking ban has now been lifted. The emergency shelters at Keith Middle School and Pilgrim United Church have now ceased operations.
