The president of Neighborhoods United is urging city residents to attend neighborhood meetings.

Jerry Pinto tells WBSM's "Mid-Day Live" representatives from the City are present at just about every meeting to hear the concerns of residents and take action. Pinto says however, residents still have to be patient.

Pinto says its important that residents build a relationship with the City. He says working together is a good way to rid neighborhoods of problems.

A monthly schedule of meetings is available at neighborhoods-united.info.
