The late Joe Paterno is reclaiming the title of winningest coach in college football history.

The NCAA announced it is restoring the 112 wins by the Penn State football program that were stripped following the Jerry Sandusky child sex scandal.

As part of the agreement with the school, a 60-million-dollar fine against Penn State would be earmarked for child abuse issues in the state of Pennsylvania.

The vacated wins were part of the monumental sanctions levied on Penn State after the Sandusky Scandal.
