National News Media Trying To Dethrone Trump – Barry Richard

Many in the national news media, still stunned by the election of President-Elect Donald Trump, are doing their best to undermine him as he prepares to take the oath of office. The publication this week by Buzzfeed of an unsubstantiated batch of accusations against Trump, now proven to be false, and the rush to contribute to the mess by a breathless CNN, which added additional false information to the mix, is further proof of the lengths that some in the media will go to to discredit Trump. What is happening instead is that those very same media outlets are destroying their own credibility in the process. This was most evident by the embarrassing behavior of CNN'S Jim Acosta during Trump's recent news conference.
