Mr. Darcey Needs A Home [PHOTOS] [UPDATED]

Mr. Darcey found a home! The handsome chap was adopted on March 19 and his new pet parent says that he is very happy in his new home. In fact, she loves her new cat so much she plans to adopt another one in the near future! That just goes to show that there is no such thing as too much kitty love. Congratulations to Mr. Darcey and his new family!

Meet the adorable Mr. Darcey, our featured pet of the month!

In Pride and Prejudice, Mr. Darcy was a bit haughty and could not figure out why he should spend one minute with people who weren't as sophisticated as he was. And yet, women loved him.

Well, this handsome fellow is a 2-year-old short-haired white-brown tabby who won't look down his nose at you. In fact, he's quite the lover boy and is equally charming and mellow. A true gentleman, he's great with kids and other kitties. Best of all, he's already house trained, neutered and is current on his shots.

He's currently a guest at Forever Paws Animal Shelter in Fall River. But if you adopt him in March, you'll receive a wellness visit to Hidden Brook Veterinary Services in Dartmouth, Mass. Not only that, you'll also receive a three month supply of Frontline to keep those pesky fleas and ticks away.
