The Moose Lodge 914 in New Bedford salutes U-S Military personnel who’ve given their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Danny Johnson , the Governor of the Moose Lodge describing a “traveling wall” that was in New Bedford Sunday, honoring those killed during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. The eight-panel wall was created by a group in Yarmouth. Retired New Bedford Police Officer David Jorge saw the wall at an event in New Hampshire, and thought it should make a stop in New Bedford….

Two of the panels were displayed Sunday at the Moose Lodge on Rockdale Avenue, as part of a fund-raising event. Jorge says the money will go to disabled veterans organizations in the area.
